Quality from Beginning to End

Our goal is to supply products on a level of quality that differentiates us from other suppliers in the market. As a customer you will experience top design bodies with a high level of finish and long lifetime, which are the most cost-effective option on the market.

We want to ensure that everything is performed correctly in the production process the first time round. Before the products leave us they are carefully checked for any faults or omissions.

Impartial Third-party Testing
In order to ensure quality we use external consultants, who test our products as impartial third-parties:

    * TÜV (heat transition coefficient)
    * TI (materials technology)
    * Copeland (freezing equipment)
    * Dekra (hinges)

We also perform testing ourselves

    * On the test track, where chassis with bodies are exposed to simulated dynamic loads equivalent to driving a distance of 100,000 km.
    * Doors and lock fittings are tested 250,000 times. This is equivalent to a lifetime of approx. 16 years.
    * Test of shelves with 300 kg static pressure
    * Pendulum/destructive test: 500 kg hammer blow to front end released from 2-meter height.
    * The bodies’ freezer equipment is put through a 48-hour test. Here the freezer’s operation and capacity are checked and every single doorframe is examined and checked for ice crystal formation.
    * In addition, we have 3,500 satisfied drivers on the roads of Europe!
